The time of His coming

excerpt from full post:

brilliant glory, email

Last week we heard about how important one’s attitude is regarding facilitating God’s good Spirit & will; that is, ushering His heaven into our earth.  The message touched upon those pesky “negative inner vows” that shut the door to God’s goodness (even as one professes Jesus as their Lord).

This week’s message, too, is offered to help everyone overcome negative inner vows so that all people everywhere can unite wholeheartedly with the Truth and thereby give birth to God’s glory (His will) in the earth.

The time of His coming
(37 minutes, streaming audio)
.
God’s Word says that there is a battle within each believer which seeks to keep them out of their Promised Land (Judges 3:1-2, James 4:1-10, 1 Peter 2:11).  This message helps the listener to understand red flags of defeat and how to wave your Banner of Victory, producing the Promise through intimacy with God.

Taking Canaan

“There is no condemnation for those who live in the attitude of God’s mind” (a paraphrase born out through this week’s message).

Some say, “Attitude determines altitude!”  The truth is, yielding to God’s attitude lifts you, helping you to overcome “negative inner vows.”  God has more forgiveness for you to take!

I think the following quotes from Oswald Chambers echoes the messages we’ve relayed in recent weeks and also nicely introduces the Word of God this week:

“…Compared with the miracle of the forgiveness of sin, the experience of sanctification is small. Sanctification is simply the wonderful expression or evidence of the forgiveness of sins in a human life.

We are designed with a great capacity for God, but sin, our own individuality, and wrong thinking keep us from getting to Him. God delivers us from sin— we have to deliver ourselves from our individuality.

We must see to it that we aid and assist God, and not stand against Him by saying, ‘I can’t do that.’ We must discipline ourselves. God will not bring our ‘arguments…and every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ’ (2 Corinthians 10:5)— we have to do it. Don’t say, ‘Oh, Lord, I suffer from wandering thoughts.’ Don’t suffer from wandering thoughts.

It is what Paul meant in Galatians 2:20 when he said, ‘I have been crucified with Christ…’ His individuality had been broken and his spirit had been united with his Lord; not just merged into Him, but made one with Him. ‘…you shall be free indeed’— free to the very core of your being; free from the inside to the outside…”

This Thanksgiving you will be in our hearts and your name will be crossing our lips as we gratefully point out to God all the wonderful blessings He has provided us in our Promised Land.  We always praise God for you and hereby thank you for being part of God’s manifest attitude of favor towad us!  May you enjoy a fulfilling, healthy, peaceful and prosperous holiday season, ever mindful of the grace of God in Christ.

Glorify God!

excerpts from full post:

Sunflowers

Many ‘say’ they want to glorify God…but a look at their lives over time says otherwise.

Believer, you have power to glorify God today…even now!

Our hearts are to see Jesus glorified through you inhabiting your Canaan, your Promised Land.  This message can help you get there without delay.

Glorify God, excerpts (14 minutes)
Glorify God, full message (47 minutes)

God’s Word says that there is a battle within each believer which seeks to keep them out of their Promised Land (Judges 3:1-2, James 4:1-10, 1 Peter 2:11).  This message helps the listener to understand red flags of defeat and how to wave your Banner of Victory, producing the Promise through intimacy with God.

Thank you, again and again and again, for helping us!  We don’t take your support for granted but understand that it is the gift of God so that together we are heavenly lights which shine in a dark and depraved generation (Phi. 2:12-16, NIV), each doing its own part to bring Redemption, Christ, to those who will receive His help.
