Psa 2:1  Why are the nations in an uproar, and their people involved in a vain plot? 
Psa 2:2  As the kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers conspire together against the LORD and his anointed, they say, 
Psa 2:3  “Let us tear off their shackles, and cast off their restraints.” 
Psa 2:4  He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. 
Psa 2:5  In his anger he rebukes them, and in his wrath he terrifies them: 
Psa 2:6  “I have set my king on Zion, my holy mountain.” 
Psa 2:7  I announce the decree of the LORD that he told me: “You are my son … I have become your father. 
Psa 2:8  Ask of me, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your possession. 
Psa 2:9  You will break them with an iron rod, you will shatter them like pottery.” 
Psa 2:10  Therefore, kings, act wisely! Earthly rulers, be warned! 
Psa 2:11  Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 
Psa 2:12  Kiss (worship) the son before he becomes angry, and you die where you stand (or, perish in your own way). Indeed, his wrath can flare up quickly. How blessed are those who take refuge in him.

Isa 14:5  The LORD has broken the staff of the wicked, the scepter of rulers…

Isa 14:24  The LORD of hosts has sworn: “As I have planned, so shall it be, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand, 
Isa 14:25  that I will break the Assyrian (oppression) in my land, and on my mountains trample him underfoot; and his yoke shall depart from them, and his burden removed from their shoulder.” 
Isa 14:26  This is the plan that is purposed concerning the whole earth, and this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations. 
Isa 14:27  For the LORD of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back? 

8-2-2022, election day in Arizona.
Isa 28:5  At that time, the LORD of the Heavenly Armies will become a glorious crown (Acts 2:3), a beautiful diadem for the remnant of his people, 
Isa 28:6  and a spirit of justice to the one who sits in judgment, a source of strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate. 

8-5-2022, awakened by, “I was living a lie, until You. I’m coming alive, with You!” (from “Amen,” by For King & Country), AZ election results announced.
Isa 52:9  Break forth together into singing, you ruins of Jerusalem; for the LORD has comforted his people, and he has redeemed Jerusalem.

And,
Isa 52:10  The LORD will lay bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth will see the salvation of our God.

Isa 9:1  … there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled … but in the future he will honor …  
Isa 9:2  The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone. 
Isa 9:3  You have multiplied the nation; you have increased its joy; they rejoice before you as with joy at the harvest, as they are glad when they divide the spoil. 
Isa 9:4  … the rod of the oppressor, you have broken as on the day of Midian. 

8-15-2022, awakened by a vision:  I saw smoke circulating among tall, dry grass.  (Day before Wyoming elections.)
Psa 59:5  You, LORD God of the Heavenly Armies, God of Israel, stir yourself up … Show no mercy to those wicked traitors.  (note:  I didn’t go looking for a Word to link to any election this day; just same as always, “Speak to me, Lord, I am listening for You.”)

8-16-2022, awakened by, “He’s rolling up His sleeves again!” (from “Help is on the Way,” by Toby Mac).  Election day in Wyoming.
Isa 30:18Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!

Isa 30:26  The LORD binds up the bruises of his people, and heals the wounds he inflicted.

Isa 31:4  For thus the LORD said to me, “As a lion or a young lion growls over his prey, and when a band of shepherds is called out against him he is not terrified by their shouting or daunted at their noise, so the LORD of hosts will come down to fight on Mount Zion and on its hill. 
Isa 31:5  Like birds hovering, so the LORD of hosts will protect Jerusalem; he will protect and deliver it; he will spare and rescue it.” 

Isa 30:30  And the LORD will cause his majestic voice to be heard and the descending blow of his arm to be seen, in furious anger and a flame of devouring fire, with a cloudburst and storm and hailstones. 
Isa 30:32  And every stroke of the appointed staff that the LORD lays on them will be to the sound of tambourines and lyres. Battling with brandished arm, he will fight them.

Isa 62:11  See, your Savior comes!  See, his reward is with him and his work before him.

Isa 62:1  For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not be quiet, until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, and her salvation as a burning torch. 

Isa 61:11  For just as the soil brings forth its shoots, and as a garden makes what is sown within it spring up, so the LORD God will make righteousness and praise spring up before all the nations. 

8-23-2022, awakened by a lyric I hadn’t heard in the Spirit since August 16th (that is, WY election day), “He’s rolling up His sleeves again!” Election day in Florida.
Isa 49:3  He said to me, “You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will be glorified.” 

Isa 49:8  Thus says the LORD: “In a time of favor I have answered you; in a day of salvation I have helped you…”

Luke 1:45  And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what was spoken to her from the Lord. 
Luke 1:46  … “My soul magnifies the Lord, 
Luke 1:47  and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, 
Luke 1:48  for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant. For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed; 
Luke 1:49  for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name. 
Luke 1:50  And his mercy is for those who fear him from generation to generation. 
Luke 1:51  He has shown strength with his arm; he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts;

Psa 50:1  The Mighty One, God the LORD, speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting. 
Psa 50:2  Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines forth. 
Psa 50:3  Our God comes; he does not keep silent; before him is a devouring fire, around him a mighty tempest.

Sometimes with God, the human response to His exalted Word determines how the upcoming Season(s) will unfold. (Jer. 18:1-10) 

In faith, please celebrate a wonderful August in the Lord (past) with us!  “Behold, this we have searched out; it is true. Hear, and know it for your good,” Job 5:27.

First and always, He is worthy to receive our/your abandoned adoration without regard to one’s own preferences or perceptions, a unifier (Psalm 50:23).  Heartfelt celebration, now, of God’s Sovereignty, Providence & Word fulfills righteousness and thereby renews your strength to better withstand what is ahead.  Logic suggests we are all about to witness a huge spiritual CONFRONTATION between good and evil … and we want you up close, personal and totally syncing with Jesus via His Holy Spirit!  Please, draw near to God now and He will draw near to you, HalleluYah!    

“In fact, unless that time of calamity is shortened, not a single person will survive. But it will be shortened for the sake of God’s chosen ones.”  Jesus Christ, Matthew 24:22 (NLT)

Getting tired or weary, walking around in this land of deepest darkness?

Say to those who have an anxious heart, ‘Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance; with divine retribution, He will come and save you.’  Isaiah 35:4 

Keep vacating all (needs, desires, preferences, complaints, etc.) to visit with Jesus by spending time in His Word, in faith that He is meeting you there by His Spirit, to Help you and Counsel you and Correct you and Encourage you and Position you [for what’s ahead] – and so much more, even using you to scatter the darkness!

Psa 149:1  Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the godly! 
Psa 149:2  Let Israel be glad in his Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King! 
Psa 149:3  Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre! 
Psa 149:4  For the LORD takes pleasure in his people; he crowns the humble with salvation. 
Psa 149:5  Let the godly exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their beds for this honor. 
Psa 149:6  Let the high praises of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword (the Word of God, Ephesians 6:17) in their hands (power, i.e., words), 
Psa 149:7  to execute vengeance on the nations and punishments on the peoples, 
Psa 149:8  to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron, 
Psa 149:9  to execute on them the judgment written against them – this is the glory of all his faithful people.  Praise the LORD!
